Terms of Use for Pilot Projects

This legal framework governs the relationship between Waibloz AB and the authorized institutional partners and individual evaluation users participating in scheduled software trial initiatives. This document establishes strict controls to secure pre release intellectual property during active pilot environments.
1. Scope and Pilot Framework
These specialized terms apply directly to all pilot projects conducted by Waibloz AB and pilot project participants. The purpose of these initiatives is to evaluate the real world efficacy of our advanced reading comprehension software within academic and corporate settings.
2. Limited Revocable License Grant
Subject to compliance with this framework Waibloz AB grants the participating institution and its authorized users a limited revocable non exclusive and non transferable license to access the service for internal evaluation purposes during the approved pilot timeframe. This license is granted strictly for testing and validation and cannot be utilized for commercial production or generalized deployment outside the designated evaluation group.
3. Prohibition of Reverse Engineering and Distribution
You are granted access to the software solely for internal evaluation during the approved pilot timeframe. You shall not copy modify distribute sell, lease, sublicense or publicly display the software or any portion of its digital interface. You are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering decompiling or otherwise attempting to discover the underlying source code algorithms or backend architecture of the Waibloz platform. Any attempt to do so shall result in the immediate termination of access and the pursuit of full legal remedies for intellectual property infringement under international corporate law.
4. Confidentiality and Trade Secrets
The features and operational metrics provided during the pilot phase constitute valuable trade secrets and confidential information belonging exclusively to Waibloz AB. As a participant in any pilot evaluation you agree to maintain the absolute confidentiality of the software. You shall not share screenshots, screen recordings, benchmark data or performance evaluations with third parties. You shall not allow unauthorized individuals to observe or interact with the software interface without the express written permission of Waibloz AB.
5. Ownership of Intellectual Property and Feedback Assignment
All core technology and software systems and interface designs remain the sole property of Waibloz AB. Any suggestions, ideas, feature requests, reviews or technical feedback provided by you or your institutional cohort during the pilot phase shall become the sole and exclusive property of Waibloz AB. You hereby assign all rights title and interest in such feedback to Waibloz AB without any right to financial compensation or ongoing royalty claims. This assignment ensures that the company can freely develop its continuous product roadmap based on pilot insights.
6. Institutional User Data and Compliance Standards
Waibloz AB processes all participant input data in strict compliance with regional data protection standards and secure cloud infrastructure requirements. During institutional pilots all user performance metrics and text processing records are isolated from public systems to protect student and employee privacy. The institution retains responsibility for ensuring that all participating evaluation users have agreed to the processing parameters required for system operations.
7. System Availability and Warranty Disclaimers
The software provided for pilot evaluation consists of pre release minimum viable products that are undergoing active technical refinement. The service is provided strictly on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind. Waibloz AB does not guarantee uninterrupted operational availability or specific text synthesis precision. System access may be modified or paused to implement technical upgrades or protect cloud stability.
8. Maximum Aggregate Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable commercial law Waibloz AB shall bear zero liability for any direct or indirect or incidental or special damages resulting from participation in the pilot project or the use of pre release software. The institution acknowledges that the evaluation is conducted without financial charge for the software access and that this complete liability waiver is a fundamental element of the agreement to conduct the pilot initiative.
9. Term and Revocation of Pilot Access
Waibloz AB reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time during the pilot phase without prior notice if a security breach or intellectual property risk is identified. Access will automatically expire upon the conclusion of the designated pilot project. Upon termination or expiration the institution and all authorized evaluation users must immediately cease all use of the software extension and remove any associated digital files from your devices.
10. Governing Law and Regional Jurisdiction
The pilots and any associated operational disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Sweden. Both Waibloz AB and the participating institutions agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Sweden for the resolution of any legal claims arising from this evaluation contract.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect legal or service changes. Updates take effect upon posting on our website or on these Terms of Use, with the “Last Updated” date revised. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
