Welcome to Waibloz AB (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

 

1. Purpose and Eligibility

The Service provides educational and linguistic tools designed to support learning, reading, language comprehension and communication. Use of the Service is permitted only by individuals who are at least sixteen years old. 

 

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain advanced features of the platform you may need to create a dedicated user account. You agree to provide accurate and current and complete information during the registration process and keep your login credentials completely secure at all times. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security. You remain solely responsible for all activity and data processing that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable local laws.

 

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, educational and non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • upload, share, or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate;
  • use the Service to collect or share personal data of others without consent;
  • attempt to access, modify or disrupt systems or networks;
  • use automated tools to extract or harvest data from the Service; or
  • circumvent usage limits or security features.

We may remove or restrict access to any content or user activity that violates these Terms.

4. User Content and Generated Material

You retain full ownership of the text and files and educational materials you upload to the platform which is defined as User Content. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all User Content you upload or post or generate. By uploading any User Content you represent and warrant that you own the copyright to the content or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions and consents to use and share it safely. You warrant that your User Content does not infringe or misappropriate or violate any third party intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

By uploading User Content you grant Waibloz AB a worldwide and non exclusive and royalty free and transferable license to use and host and store and reproduce and modify your User Content solely for the purposes of operating and developing and providing and securing the Service. This digital license will immediately terminate when your content or account is deleted from our cloud platform. 

 

5. Intellectual Property and Data Usage

All rights and titles and interest in the software interface design elements and core processing technology of Waibloz remain the exclusive property of Waibloz AB.

6. Payments and Subscriptions (if applicable)

If the Service offers paid tier features:

  • Prices and payment terms are displayed before purchase.
  • Payments by minors must be authorized by a parent or guardian.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by mandatory consumer protection law.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data and User Content only to provide and maintain and enhance our educational services. We do not access or review or monitor any User Content beyond what is technically necessary for system operations. All content is processed securely within our cloud infrastructure servers and remains completely private to the user or their authorized participating institution. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to external commercial parties.

 

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide a highly reliable user experience but the Service is provided on an as is and as available basis. System availability may be transiently affected by planned maintenance or third party cloud infrastructure interruptions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time to preserve overall platform performance.

 

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform may rely on trusted third-party service providers to support its operation, security, and reliability. These providers enable core functions such as cloud hosting, data storage and performance optimization.

We carefully select partners that maintain high privacy and security standards and comply with applicable data-protection laws. These third parties act only under our instructions and are not permitted to use user information or content for their own purposes.

All data handled through such services is processed securely and only to the extent necessary to deliver and improve the platform. No user-generated or educational content is reviewed or accessed by third-party providers beyond what is technically required for system operation.

Occasionally, our Service may include links or references to external resources that we believe may be useful or relevant. These sites are operated independently from Waibloz AB, and their content and privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage users to review those policies when visiting external sites to understand how their information may be handled.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable regional law Waibloz AB shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

For users on the Free Plan the liability limit is zero.

For users on Paid Subscriptions the liability limit is restricted to the total amount actually paid by you to Waibloz AB for the Service during the twelve month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Waibloz AB, its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your personal breach of these Terms or your input data that violates the rights of any third party.

 

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

  • you breach these Terms,
  • misuse the platform, or
  • if required by law or technical necessity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may request deletion of your account and personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. 

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sweden.

 

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect legal or service changes. Updates take effect upon posting on our website or on these Terms of Use, with the “Last Updated” date revised. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
